IT3 Italian player may only purchase 15VP.
IT2 Add one 8-1 armor leader to the Russian at-start OB (no VP for the Italian).
IT1 Contrary to SSR3, no Axis unit may setup HIP.
RU1 Add six concealment counters to the Italian at-start OB.
RU2 All Russian units must set up on board.
RU3 Exchange the Italian 9-1 leader with a 9-2 leader.

IT3 Increase the Game Length to 6.5 turns.
IT2 Exchange the British 7-0 leader with a 8-1 leader.
IT1 Exchange the 2-4-7 HS with a Carrier A in the British OB.
BR1 Add a 3-4-6 squad to the Italian at-start OB.
