Si je ne m'abuse, un Inherent Crew, à l'inverse d'un Inherent Driver, peut utiliser les armes du véhicule. Donc on n'aurait pas besoin d'un passager (et je ne suis pas sûr qu'un passager pourrait utiliser l'arme).
