L'attitude "tous des c0ns" me dépasse...
...
Sigh. A couple of things to set straight:
-- I closed my site, not because people were not following along and lauding me with praise, but because my work was not generating conversation about ASL. That was my intent. It didn't happen. When that didn't happen, I stopped doing it.
-- I had a lot more subscribers to my service than most probably know. It was never about how many or how few there were, despite the lie you tell here. Of course, I never really stopped writing and publishing. I have work in J16. I have two more articles slated for J17. I have two new articles published on Neal Ulen's website since mine closes. There will be another published on Monday as well (3 November). I have upcoming work in Banzai! magazine too. Not to mention working on my own scenario pack, a possible rewrite of A20, and working on a rewrite of Chapter E.
-- I never called my audience "idiots". Your saying that here is PURE fabrication. I don't appreciate. There is plenty of things you can find objectionable without the need of making it up.
-- I am not sure what you mean when you say "la mesure de la haute opinion qu'il a de lui-même." You have said this more than once in many places. If you want to explain it in private, I am all ears. I take criticism well. I listened to my readers and critics when publishing my work. If you have something to say, you can say it to me directly.
I am glad you like my work. I am glad you find it helpful. I don't appreciate your spreading untruths. I further don't appreciate your saying Neal--and perhaps by extension me--are sacrificing anything to the glory of our negative feelings towards the gaming community. If either of us wanted that, would we have made all that effort to port my ASL content to Neal Ulen's site? Would I have made all that effort to port my content to the Texas ASL website? Would Neal have made all that effort to bring my content on line? I went so far as to let people know my website was going away months in advance, and continued to warn people as the time came closer. so they could download and make copies of things BEFORE it all disappeared. If I had wanted to let it all "burn it all to the ground" I sure made an awful lot of effort to make sure people got what they wanted when I could have simply deleted everything without notice. So again, like much else here, this is delusion you have made up whole cloth.
For such a smart man Robin, and I have zero doubt you are smart, you say a lot of dumb things. If you want to carry this on in private, you know where to reach me.
